Instructor of the Month! June 2013

Congratulations to our June 2013 Instructor of the Month...
Norma Shrope!
CTC Continuing Education

CTC Continuing Education highlights an instructor each much for their outstanding performance, and Norma has gone above and beyond. Amazing reviews have been pouring in from course evaluations that students fill out at the completion of a course. Norma teaches Swim Lessons for children 3-5+ and even does a class for parent/child swim for children under 3!

We asked Norma a few quick questions so we can get to know her a bit more:
How long have you been teaching with Continuing Education? 3 months
What is your favorite part about teaching? Experiencing the learning process of children swimming. From being scared of water to actually swimming.
What would you name the autobiography of your life? Making a difference one tiny step at a time.
What’s the #1 most played song on your iPod? "How to Save a Life" by The Fray
What is your favorite form of exercise? Walking and swimming
What’s your current favorite TV show/Movie? Project Runway/Titanic
What is something you learned in the last week? Aluminum Foil keeps pets off furniture. LOL
When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time? Read an inspirational book.
What advice do you have for new instructors of Continuing Education? Follow your passion and you WILL succeed!
